This person will be responsible for overseeing the onsite construction team and coordinating all project activities while maintaining the delivery schedule. This includes providing onsite direction, coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials, performing quality control and safety checks. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the construction team including work schedules and project progress
- Prepare cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
- Communicate with Project Manager, clients, subcontractors
- Coordinate materials and equipment for delivery
- Create and oversee project schedule
