This person will be responsible for overseeing the onsite construction team and coordinating all project activities while maintaining the delivery schedule. This includes providing onsite direction, coordinating subcontractors, ordering materials, performing quality control and safety checks. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the construction team including work schedules and project progress
Prepare cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
Communicate with Project Manager, clients, subcontractors
Coordinate materials and equipment for delivery
Create and oversee project schedule
Other duties as assigned

Carpenter

This person will perform general carpentry work at various job locations. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Competence reading blueprints and other specifications, and using tape measures, straight edges, squares, hand tools, power saws, woodworking machines, and other common trade tools.
Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures.
Install door and window frames, subflooring, fixtures, etc.
Place and connect steel beams, girders, and columns.
Spread and level concrete.
Fabricate metal parts.
Other duties as assigned.

Laborer

Skills necessary to work as a laborer include but are not limited to:

Able to read plans, instructions, and specifications.
Experience using tape measure, straight edge, hand tools, saws, hammers, picks, shovels, and other common trade tools.
Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, and other temporary use items.
Set and dismantle forms for pouring concrete.
Clean work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Other duties as assigned.
